If you need to cancel an appointment

Please telephone the office as soon as possible so that we can offer your appointment time to someone else.

There is a fee for your consultation that needs to be paid on the day. Part of this fee can be claimed through Medicare, usually directly into your bank account.

During your first visit, Dr Dao will ask you several questions regarding your condition, activities and general health. He will perform a physical examination of your knee and any other related joints. He will assess any diagnostic images that you have available. Sometimes further tests such as full length X-rays or MRI scans may need to be arranged. Dr Dao will discuss in details your condition and establish a treatment plan.

We recognise that your time is valuable and make every effort to be punctual, however occasionally emergencies occur or complex cases require a little more time. Dr Dao strives to make every patient experience comfortable and efficient.
